Alpine flowers and alpine flower walks
Alpine flowers are widely known and regarded as unique and the lush meadows of the Austrian Alps contain a flourishing diversity of wildflowers and species. Flower walks explore the rich botanical genera of Alpine flowers in walking environments at different altitudes.
Flower walking events for 2012:
- Regular Orchid walks from nearby Lermoos.
- Flower walks in the Rinnen valley with a myriad of pasture and Alpine flowers. (Here you will find over 1200 species in one of the most diverse selection of plants in the Western Alps.)
